Objective: We are creating a concise, one-page AI readiness guide for the board, designed to provide a clear overview of the organization’s current AI capabilities at both the enterprise and project levels. This guide will help board members quickly assess whether we are positioned to leverage AI effectively to drive productivity, innovation, and competitiveness. It will highlight key areas, such as data quality, governance, skills, and infrastructure, and identify gaps that need addressing.

Project team: Volunteer translators and reviewers
Objective: We support the promotion and dissemination of The Leader’s Data Manifesto to the broader data and business communities around the world by translating the Manifesto into as many languages as possible. Data is a worldwide issue and having the Manifesto available in many languages makes these ideas more accessible. We rely on volunteers to translate and review each language to ensure accuracy of the translation.

Objective: Despite the critical importance of their data, information and knowledge, and despite the increased global interest caused by the pandemic, cyber breaches and Artificial Intelligence, organizations continue to govern and manage their Information Assets badly. Board members don’t ask to see the information statements, nobody is held accountable for the quality of the organization’s Information Assets and organizations don’t govern and manage them the way they govern and manage their money. The objective of this project is to help improve understanding of the business impacts of how we govern and manage our Information Assets.
